5. Payment Terms

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to HumanData in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HumanData and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our Services will cease immediately. Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
